Quick answers
Turns feel late or early: audio offset and calibration
Sound takes time to reach you, especially over Bluetooth headphones (often 100 to 250 milliseconds), so the beat you hear can arrive after the one on screen. The game can correct for it:
- Open Settings from the title screen or the pause card.
- Under Timing, tap Calibrate and tap along with the clicks. The game measures the delay and sets Audio offset for you.
- Or set the offset by hand: raise it if turns feel late. Reset puts it back to zero.
Calibrate with the headphones or speakers you actually play with, and again if you switch.
No sound on iPhone: the silent switch
On iOS 16.4 and later the game asks the phone to play sound like a media app, so it should be heard even with the side switch set to silent. If you hear nothing:
- Flip the side switch to ring (or turn off Silent Mode), and turn the volume up.
- Tap the screen once. Browsers only start sound after a tap.
- On older versions of iOS, the silent switch mutes web audio. Switching it off is the fix.
- Check that Bluetooth is not sending the sound to a speaker or headset you left switched on.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, in your browser (or in the app’s own storage). There are no accounts, so progress is saved per device and per browser: a different phone, or a different browser on the same phone, starts fresh. It is also tied to the web address you play at, so if the game ever moves to a new address, progress at the old one will not carry over.
Clearing your browser’s site data, using a private window, or uninstalling the app removes it. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@razakigames.com and tell us:
- your device and its system version (for example, iPhone 13 on iOS 18);
- the browser and version, or the app version;
- the level, and roughly where in it;
- what happened, and what you expected;
- a screenshot or short screen recording, if you can.
If it is about timing, say whether you use Bluetooth headphones and what your audio offset is.
It runs slowly or stutters
Open Settings and, under Graphics, choose Low. Close other tabs and apps, and keep the device charged: battery saver modes slow games down.
